New Thought Mixology

This blog was created to share some of my new takes on cocktails. The way in which I approach cocktails is with ideas of simplicity and a no frills approach. The drinks I attempt to create are striving to show off the fine essence of the ingredients used. Ingredients are chosen to complement and should stand alone as good. I avoid creating a cocktail that is a mask for the alcohol in it. I look forward to sharing the discoveries and the frustrations that will become New Thought Mixology.

Coming Soon

Hello Everyone
Please keep checking back. The lab is working overtime to create new and delicious combinations so hopefully by this weekend there will be quite a few new recipes. Still looking for some brave soles to post there experience with the drinks. Would love some feedback on taste and recipes.
